What to expect once your order ships, and how we handle returns.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping
Domestic orders ship with tracking provided on every order, with typical transit times of 2–5 business days within the continental United States. Upon arrival, store your vials per the storage instructions on the product page — most compounds require refrigerated or frozen storage to maintain stability.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We’ll work with you directly to resolve it.
Returns
Because our compounds are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return at our discretion — contact us first to confirm eligibility before sending anything back.
