New here? Ordering takes a minute. Here's exactly how it works, plus answers to common questions.

How ordering works

Add to cart. Browse the catalog and add the compounds and sizes you want.
Check out. Enter your name and shipping details. You'll instantly get a 6-digit order number and a printable invoice with your total.
Pay by Zelle. Send your invoice total to [email protected]. In the Zelle payment comment, leave it blank or enter only your order number — extra text can cause the payment to be flagged or delayed.
Confirm your payment. Email [email protected] with your order number to let us know payment is sent.
We ship it. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, and we email you tracking once it's on the way.

Payment is by Zelle for now. Full instructions and your total appear on the invoice you receive at checkout.

We’re in the process of onboarding a card processor. Until it’s live, we use Zelle so we can keep pricing low and orders moving.

Leave it blank, or enter only your order number. Adding other notes can cause the transaction to be flagged or held.

Within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic transit is typically 2–5 business days, with tracking on every order.

Storage guidance is listed on each product page. Most compounds require refrigerated (2–8°C) or frozen (−20°C) storage to stay stable.

Yes — a Certificate of Analysis is included with every order, no request needed.

No. Everything sold here is strictly for qualified in-vitro laboratory research. Not for human or animal use, diagnostic, or therapeutic application.

Opened or used products can't be returned. Unopened, unused items may be eligible at our discretion — see Shipping & Returns and contact us first.
