Reconstitution Guide
Lyophilized peptides must be reconstituted before use. Use only bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) for reconstitution.
Always perform reconstitution in a sterile environment. Use a new, sterile needle for each penetration of the vial septum. Allow the liquid to run down the glass wall — do not inject directly onto the powder. Swirl gently; never shake.
Calculation Formula
Volume to draw (ml) = (Desired dose (mcg) ÷ Total peptide (mcg)) × Reconstitution volume (ml)
Example: 5mg vial reconstituted with 2ml water. To obtain 250mcg: (250 ÷ 5000) × 2 = 0.1 ml
